Full Moon is a great time to celebrate a completion of cycle and reset our course. There are different ways to make good use of the full moon energy and this month we will practise Yoga Nidra and Creative Visualisation.
Yoga nidra or yogic sleep is a powerful technique in which we learn to relax consciously. It is a systematic method of inducing complete physical, mental and emotional relaxation. It was said that 45 minutes of yoga nidra equals 3 to 4 hours of deep sleep.
During yoga nidra, we will rest in the subconscious state of mind between wakefulness and dream - where deep relaxation, creativity and connection with inner self thrive.
Our mind, especially the subconscious and unconscious, are powerful manifestation agents. Therefore after yoga nidra, we will channel this wakefulness and creativity for visualization - to manifest the life that our true self aspire to.
